Erasmus+ Programme Project “Unlocking Creativity: New Skills for the Future”

Creative Estonia together with Creativity Lab Latvia and Materhub from Italy is implementing the European Union Erasmus+ adult education project “Unlocking Creativity: New Skills for the Future”, aimed at developing creative, digital, financial, and information literacy skills among adults, as well as strengthening the professional competences of adult educators. The project creates new and flexible learning pathways that will help adults adapt to the rapidly changing labour market and acquire future-proof skills.

The project brings together partners from Estonia, Latvia, and Italy to collaboratively develop innovative methodologies, digital tools, and learning materials grounded in creativity, design thinking, and contemporary adult education practices. This partnership ensures an interdisciplinary approach, combining expertise in the creative industries, digital transformation, career development, and adult learning.

The project will be implemented until August 2027, with the aim of creating a sustainable, open, and internationally accessible learning environment that strengthens adults’ creative capabilities, provides high-quality career support, and promotes lifelong learning. All methodologies and tools developed within the project will be offered as open educational resources, contributing to the improvement of adult education across Europe.

The total project budget is EUR 250,000.
